Brownarm – Shipping Policy

Free Standard Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within Australia. No minimum spend required.

Delivery Timeframe Standard delivery takes 5–15 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed before 12:00pm AEST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.

Delivery Areas We deliver to all Australian states and territories, including regional and rural areas. PO Boxes are accepted.

Delays Delivery estimates may be affected by public holidays, extreme weather, or high-demand periods such as Christmas and sales events. Brownarm is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers once a parcel has been dispatched.
