At Brownarm, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Eligible Items

  • Unworn and unwashed clothing with original tags
  • Items in original or undamaged packaging
  • Faulty or incorrectly sent items

Non-Eligible Items

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Intimates, underwear, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

How to Return Email us at contact@brownarm.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges We offer free exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Contact us before sending anything back.

Australian Consumer Law Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
